The significant conditions
  1. Free entry. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter this competition.
  2. Who can enter. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who are the parent or legal guardian of at least one child aged 7 to 16. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are excluded.
  3. Closing date. Entries close at 11:59pm on Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received after that time are not counted.
  4. One entry per person. Entries are identified by mobile number. Duplicate entries are merged, not counted twice.
  5. The prize. One winner receives £500 in cash plus 1 year of free platform access, worth £780, a total value of £1,280. The platform access element is provided as a credit against Estia's monthly platform fee, is not exchangeable for cash, and has no cash alternative. Estia will contact the winner to arrange activation. The cash element is paid by bank transfer.
  6. Reward for entering. Every valid entrant receives 1 month of free platform access, worth £65, applied as a credit to an Estia account. It is not exchangeable for cash and is limited to one per household. Entering is free and nothing is payable at any point to enter, to be in the draw, or to receive the free month. To activate it, Estia arrange a short call to take the details needed to switch on your Study Hub access. The free month is yours whether or not you go on to become a paying customer.
  7. How the winner is chosen. One winner is selected at random from all valid entries by an independent verifiable process after the closing date, and contacted by phone or email within 5 working days. If the winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts over 14 days, the promoter may redraw.
  8. Winner details. The promoter will make the first name and county of the winner available on request, unless the winner objects on reasonable grounds.
  9. Not transferable. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred or sold.

How we use your details
  1. Your details are collected by the promoter to run this competition, to contact you if you win, and to set up the free month you claimed by entering.
  2. Because you asked for the free month and the offer of a learning audit as part of entering, an Estia adviser will call, message or email you about arranging those. That is separate from marketing, and it happens whether or not you ticked the optional box.
  3. Ongoing marketing, meaning study tips, offers and future competitions, is sent only if you ticked the optional consent box. You can withdraw that at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link, and your entry stays valid either way.
  4. We record the exact wording you agreed to, along with the date, time and IP address, so we can show your consent was properly obtained.
  5. You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting the promoter. Deleting your data before the draw removes your entry.
  6. Your details are not sold and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
